      • Lie down straightly and slowly push up your legs to 90° angle.

      2. Uttanasana- Forward Bending Pose

      • Lie down on your back straightly.

      • Stay in this position for 15-30 seconds.

      4. Trikonasana- Triangle Pose

      • Stand straight and place your legs 4 feet apart.
