How many days does it take for delivery?

We have multiple warehouses across the country that are strategically located to ensure the fastest possible delivery. Our delivery time ranges from same-day delivery to less than 3 days.

Will the delivery be tried again if I'm not able to collect my order the first time?

Yes, the delivery will be attempted again by the delivery partner.

The delivery of my order is delayed. What should I do?

Can I take the shipment after opening and checking the contents inside?

No, such an option is not available. However, if you face any issues with the contents of your order, please reach out to us and we will resolve it as per our replacement policy.

What are the payment options available?

We offer cash on delivery and online payment methods. Within online payment methods, we offer cards, netbanking, UPI and wallets.

My payment has been deducted but my order is not confirmed. What should I do?

In such a scenario, our system automatically refunds unconfirmed orders back to the original payment source. If you do not get this refund in 7 working days, please reach out to us.

Though we ensure that all our orders are packed in a transit-safe manner, in rare instances, there can be in-transit damage.
