Replacement & Refund Policy


At our brand, your satisfaction and safety mean a great deal to us. We are committed to delivering products in excellent condition and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for you. This policy is designed to clearly explain how we can assist you in the rare event that something doesn’t go as planned.

This policy is valid only for 5 days from the date of delivery, and that no assistance will be provided after this period.

We kindly request you to review the details below so you’re aware of the support available to you.


Replacement Policy

To ensure fairness and quality assurance, we offer replacements only in specific situations. Please note that replacements are not provided based on personal preference, but we are happy to assist you in the following cases:

1. Wrong Product Received

If you receive a product that differs from what you ordered, please share:

       (i) Clear images or videos of the product received

       (ii) Your order details

Once the information is verified, we will promptly arrange a replacement for the correct product.

2. Damaged Product

While we take utmost care in packaging, there may be rare instances where a product gets damaged during transit. In such cases, we request you to:

       (i) Share clear photos or videos of the damaged product along with the outer packaging

After verification, we will be happy to process a replacement for you.

3 . Missing Items

If you receive a package that appears to be empty or unusually lightweight, deny the delivery or we kindly request you to record a clear, continuous video of the unboxing process for verification purposes, without the video replacement is not possible.

If any item from your order is missing, please contact us with your order details. Once verified, we will ensure the missing item is sent to you at the earliest.

4. Order Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If your order status shows delivered, but you have not received it, please inform us within 48 hours of the delivery update. Our team will carefully review the matter and assist you with an appropriate resolution.

Please note:
Orders delivered using OTP verification are considered successfully delivered. In such cases, we may not be able to assist with DNR (Delivered Not Received) requests.


Important Guidelines for Replacements

(i) All replacement requests are processed after careful verification of images, videos, and order details.

(ii) Replacements are not applicable for personal preferences, including texture, fragrance, or a change of mind.

(iii) We do not accept returns; replacement is the only resolution offered in eligible cases.

(iv) If a replacement has already been processed for your order or account, any further requests may require a detailed internal review.

(v) If you receive a package that appears to be empty or unusually lightweight, we kindly request you to record a clear, continuous video of the unboxing process for verification purposes.


Refund Policy

At this time, we do not offer refunds for orders.

All eligible concerns are resolved through product replacements only.

       (i) Refunds are not applicable for successfully delivered products.

       (ii) We encourage you to review product details carefully before placing your order.

       (iii) Our support team is always available to help answer any questions you may have prior to purchase.


Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer an exchange facility.

Once an order has been successfully delivered, items cannot be exchanged. Replacements, where applicable, are provided only for the same product and under the eligible conditions mentioned above.
