Both moisturisers are oil free, but this one comes with a mattifying effect. Oil Free Moisturiser is formulated for normal to oily skin while Oil Free Mattifying Moisturiser is made for oily, acne prone skin that needs frequent cleansing and wiping to manage the oily shine.
