Refund Policy

Your refund prepaid orders in the below circumstances:

1. You want to cancel your order:

All orders placed before 1:00 AM (IST) are shipped the same day. All other orders placed after that are shipped the next business day.

Though we would be a little sad, if for any reason you would want to cancel your order, kindly email or call our customer care during business hours to raise your request. Order cancellation is subject to shipment status. Refund of cancelled prepaid orders will be processed within 7 working days.

2. Return to Origin of your prepaid order:

If under any circumstance, your prepaid order is returned back to us, as per your choice, we will issue a complete refund of the order back to your payment source or your provided bank details.
