Madecassoside Madecassoside is a bioactive active compound procured from Centella Asiatica. It helps to calm skin irritation, itching, and burning for atopic skin by enhancing skin hydration.

Shea Butter Shea butter increases moisture retention by acting as a protective layer over your skin and preventing water loss on the first layer. Its anti-inflammatory properties help to soothe skin and relieve itching.
