UV rays emitted from the sun cause great damage to the skin. When your body receives excessive rays, your skin starts to produce melanin in huge amounts. When these pigments absorb UV rays in huge amounts, they make certain areas on the skin darker due to which the skin gets an uneven skin tone.
The primary factor to determine your skin tone is your age. It is, therefore, a very important causes of uneven skin tone. Applying sunscreen will help you build a protective layer over your skin which will prevent hyperpigmentation as well as prevent new spot formation at the same time. Redness and age spots will also be reduced by applying sunscreen.
3. Stay Hydrated
Drinking water will help you stay hydrated inside out. It will soothe your skin while removing dryness and even redness. You should even keep your face and hands moisturized.
