Home Remedies to Prevent Premature Greys
Of course, all of us will have grey hair at some point in time in our lives but lately, a lot of people have started facing the problem of having premature greys. However, most of the people relate it to being a genetic problem, there are other reasons as well as poor lifestyle or lack of nutrition especially lack of Vitamin B12. Even when you have a stressful lifestyle, your hair tends to turn grey prematurely.
Hair gets their color from a pigment called melanin. When the hair is inside the follicles, melanin i.e. the natural hair dye is injected into them naturally. Melanin is of two types and the hair color you get depends on the proportion of both the types of melanin which is completely genetic.
